What are your fees?

What is the difference between ‘AS IS’ and ‘Sale Guarantee’?
As Is (Red Light) – Vehicles selling under the red light will only qualify for arbitration under the rules outlined in the Arbitration Guidelines. Vehicles with 150,000+ miles or sells for less than $3000 are sold As Is.
Ride & Drive (Green Light) -The green light signals that this vehicle is guaranteed under the conditions outlined in the Arbitration Guidelines, except for specific disclosures or announcements made prior to the sale.

What are the payment options for your auction?
We have different payment options for our customers which include cash, company checks (after a review of your company bank records), a cashier check, or floorplans. NextGear, Floorplan Express, and AFC are the main flooring companies we use, but we do work with other companies. If you do not see your floorplan listed please contact Vanessa Romero to make arrangements.

How can I purchase online?
There are two different online buying options for our customers. We have partnered with Edge Simulcast to allow online buyers to attend our Weekly Thursday Sales. Please click here to get signed up with Edge Simulcast. We also sell vehicles through OVE. Please contact Eric Knouse or Dina Whitten for any further questions about online buying.

Do you offer 24 hour access to my auction account information?
Yes, through our My Account feature our customers can login and access all of their auction information. Through My Account you can view our inventory, titles that are owed or due, and vehicles that you have purchased and sold.

What hotels are near your auction?
Most of our out of town customers stay at the La Quinta Inns & Suites located off I-25 at 345 W 120th Ave Westminster, CO 80234. We do have a shuttle service available with a 24 hour notice. Please contact Lori Martella for details and reservations.

What time do your lanes start?
Our Push, Pull, & Drag Sale starts at 8:15am. Lane 1, Lane 4, and Lane 5 begins at 9:00am. Lane 6 begins at 10:00am. Our other lanes start at 9:30am.

Is there food available during the sale?
Yes, we have 2 food trucks every Thursday that sell breakfast and lunch. There is also a coffee truck that sells specialty coffee and tea. We do provide free regular coffee in our lounge.

Are there computers onsite available to use?
Yes, we have a computer station for our customers to use any day we are open. We also have free Wi-Fi for our customers.

How do I register?
If you do not have an Auction Access Account, click here and print out the registration forms. Once the forms are filled out, fax them to 303-289-8653 or email them to Lori Martella. If you already have an Auction Access Account, please call Lori Martella, Eric Knouse, or Alex Zyla to get registered.

Can someone at the auction do a walk around of a vehicle for me?
Yes, we have staff members that will go and physically look at a vehicle if you are unable to make it to our auction in person. Please contact Eric Knouse or Bobby Rodriguez for details.

Can I rep my vehicles online?
Yes, we have partnered with Edge Simulcast to allow buyers and sellers to participate in our Weekly Thursday Sales online. Our simulcast allows sellers to communicate with our auctioneers while their car is running in the lanes. We also offer sellers the opportunity to sell their vehicles through OVE before or after our sale. Please contact Eric Knouse or Dina Whitten for further details about online selling.
